1 Introduction

Welcome to pussyapp. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pussyapp ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atpussyapp.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by pussyapp, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform, through which all gaming, betting, and financial transactions are conducted.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the funds held in a User's pussyapp Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account under a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, instant games, crash games, lottery, keno, and any other gaming products accessible on the Platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by the Company prior to processing withdrawals or in connection with regulatory compliance obligations.
• "Payment Methods" includes, but is not limited to, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency options (BTC, USDT, ETH) accepted on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means wagering activities on the outcomes of sporting events, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton, and other sports covered on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the User through supported Payment Methods, excluding any Bonus Funds.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pussyapp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. pussyapp enforces a strict21+ age policy in line with internationally licensed gambling operations. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all winings forfeited, and any deposits returned at the Company's discretion.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. Single Account: You are permitted to maintain only one Account on pussyapp. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
4. Personal Account: Your Account must be registered in your own legal name and used solely by you. You may not register or operate an Account on behalf of another person, nor allow any other person to use your Account.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its affiliated entities. Employees and their families are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the life of the Account must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account on pussyapp, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. This information is used for account verification, KYC compliance, and fraud prevention purposes.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.ussyapp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pussyapp immediately by contacting our support team. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate remedial action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending investigation.

4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing your first withdrawal, pussyapp requires completion of KYC verification. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, and proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within30 days of the withdrawal request may have their withdrawal requests cancelled.

4.4 Account Currency. All pussyapp Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by the Platform.

5 Terms of Use

By using the pussyapp Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, defraud, or exploit any Game or betting market on the Platform.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by pussyapp.
• You acknowledge that all Games involve an element of chance and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You accept that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and live casino products are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed individual returns.
• You will not attempt to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

pussyapp reserves the right to monitor all Account activity and to suspend or terminate any Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms are being violated, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the User.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. pussyapp accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency options. The minimum deposit isRM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular Payment Method. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are processed instantly. FPX and online banking deposits may take 5to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same Payment Method used for deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 3 business hours.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and vary by membership tier (Silver, Gold, Diamond VIP). Users may contact support to request a review of their limits, subject to enhanced KYC verification.

6.4 Declined Transactions. pussyapp reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reason to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company may place a temporary hold on the Account pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

pussyapp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referal rewards, cashback programmes, and VIP tier benefits. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x wagering" means you must wager a total of 30 times the bonus amount).
• Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10% to 20%). Specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• pussyapp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• Where pussyapp has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is abusing the bonus system (e.g., arbitrage betting, reverse bonus betting strategies, or multi-accounting), we reserve the right to void the bonus and any associated winings and suspend the Account.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, household, per device, and per IP address.

8 Gaming Rules

All Games on the pussyapp Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gaming rules apply across all products:

8.1 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error that prevents the normal resolution of a game round or sporting event bet, pussyapp will use all reasonable endeavours to resolve the matter fairly. The Company's decision in such circumstances is final. Where a bet cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, the stake will be returned to the User's Account.

8.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of each market, including settlement rules for void events, walkovers, abandonments, and postponements. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets, standard football betting rules apply:90-minute result unless otherwise stated. UFC and combat sports bets are settled on the official result announced by the relevant sanctioning body.

8.3 Manifest Errors. Where a Game result, odds quotation, or payout has occurred due to a manifest error (including obvious technical errors, mis-priced odds, or software malfunctions), pussyapp reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. The Company will not be bound by any obligation to pay out on bets that resulted from such errors.

8.4 Maximum Winings. Maximum single-bet winnings and maximum daily payout limits apply and vary by game type and membership tier. These limits are specified within the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

9 Responsible Gambling

pussyapp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. We provide the following tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a period of 7 days from the date of the request.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, the Account will be restricted from further wagering until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure reminders to alert them when they have been logged in for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the specified exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pussyapp Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple Accounts to exploit bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or evade a self-exclusion.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's software, servers, or networks.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software not authorised by pussyapp to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Coluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain a financial advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing other Users or pussyapp staff members.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the pussyapp Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, databases, games, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, redistributed, sublicensed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from pussyapp.

The pussyapp name, brand marks, and all associated logos are the proprietary property of the Company. Unauthorised use of any pussyapp brand assets is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• pussyapp provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service on the Platform.
• The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• pussyapp shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, network outages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Our total aggregate liability to any User for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Company's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Account Termination

13.1 Termination by pussyapp. pussyapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or our regulatory obligations. In such cases, Real Money Funds may be returned at the Company's discretion, while Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be voided.

13.2 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered Payment Method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Note that voluntary Account closure does not exempt you from liabilities incurred prior to closure.

13.3 Survival. Clauses relating to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Prohibited Conduct, and Governing Law shall survive the termination of this Agreement and remain in full force.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pussyapp's operating licence is issued. In the event of any dispute between you and pussyapp arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process established by pussyapp's licensing authority. All formal dispute submissions should be directed to our support team in writing, including full details of the dispute, Account reference, and supporting documentation.

Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

pussyapp reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
